As a general rule, we ask that customers pack their items themselves.
However, we also offer a packaging service as an optional extra for an additional fee.
Please use sufficient cushioning material for precision instruments and fragile items. - Are there any restrictions on the size and weight of luggage?

For standard delivery, we can accommodate items up to 1,385mm wide, 1,240mm high, and 1,910mm deep, and weighing up to 350kg.

- Until what time do you accept delivery requests?

We accept email and other inquiries 24 hours a day, but inquiries received after 8:00 p.m. will be responded to on the next business day.

Yes, if you specify, we can leave the package in front of your door or in a delivery box.

As a general rule, we ask that you pay in advance or upon delivery.

In addition to paper receipts, we can also issue them in PDF format.

Yes, we accept monthly invoice payments for corporate customers.
Payment terms (end of month invoice payment the following month, etc.) will be discussed and decided upon at the time of signing the contract. - Can I negotiate payment terms?

Please rest assured that we will provide you with details in advance. - Is there a delivery cancellation fee?

Cancellations made up to the day before are free of charge.
If you cancel on the day of your trip, a cancellation fee of 50% of the basic fee will be charged.
If you cancel after departure, 100% of the basic fee will be charged. - Are the fees cheaper for corporate contracts?

Yes, for companies using regular or bulk deliveries, we can offer discounted rates depending on the frequency and volume of deliveries.
